Hi everybody! Total newb here... Been reading the hardware guide and a bunch of posts to the point now that my brain hurts... 
Going to have some questions soon for the "Will it FreeNAS" section.
Looking forward to this project though! Have had a QNAP NAS for years. It's out of room, so want to try building my own this time. Found a SuperMicro server on ebay today that I grabbed - now just need to figure out what else I need to get.
