I have FreeNAS running on an HP Microserver Gen 8, an 8gb USB drive, and a 6Tb data drive. I'm a total newb at FreeNAS (and Linux-like things), but got Emby and Transmission working, as well as a Windows CIFS share.

A couple days ago the server crashed whilst streaming some media, and now won't complete boot up.

Every time it shows a screen like this:

I have no idea what to do. I have everything I really care about already backed up, but losing the rest would be a significant inconvenience. I know I should've had it all backed up, but I don't have that sort of cash flow just yet.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like the USB stick died. Try installing the same version of FreeNAS onto a new stick. If it boots, you can then import your saved config.
