Having issues replacing ZFS drive on FreeNAS-8.0.2-RELEASE-amd64 (8288)

Came back this morning after a good 10 hours, has only resilvered 13GB, showing 0.86%, 1064h remaning. Have run the smartctl -a /dev/ada3 and results are below.
