FTP TLS -- GnuTLS error -12

Has anyone encounter this issue? I submitted a ticket http://support.freenas.org/ticket/1494.

I am using FreeNAS 8.2 beta3 64bit. FTP works fine, not FTP TLS though.

Any help or pointer, I am greatly appreciated in advance.

I have the same issue with FreeNAS-8.2.0-RELEASE-p1-x64 (r11950). Normal FTP working but encrypted not. FileZilla gives the following:

Response: 220 ProFTPD 1.3.3g Server (***** FTP Server) [::ffff:192.168.0.27]
Command: AUTH TLS
Response: 234 AUTH TLS successful
Status: Alustetaan TLS...
Error: GnuTLS error -12: A TLS fatal alert has been received.

Yes I have the same problem. I logged a ticket too, http://support.freenas.org/ticket/1700, which they connected to yours. TLS worked fine until I upgraded FreeNas to 8.2 then non secure FTP works but not TLS.

Disappointed to see that this issue isn't addressed with the latest shipping (v.8.3).

Since this is also a community effort software project, I'd like to put my humble computing resources available and try to solve this as soon as possible.

Pretty embarrassing after two public versions " FTP(S) " not working properly on a project such as this.

Would anyone care to at least offer us a few details on what's going on here?
