Freenas crash and won't link disk to volumes

Can someone help me pls
My freenas crashed!

I have 3 drives and all are visible in "View Disks"
But only 1 is online in my volume ( sometimes it changes which one)
Also the left menu won't load
How can i fix this and restore my files

I am a nood so pls if possible simple explanation

Thanks for your reply, new update so far.
When I remove the ""broken"" drive the nas came back online. So I made a back up off everything and tried to put back the drive but then it stopt working again. I checked the drive on my pc en formatted the drive, on pc it looks like it works normal. After formatting I put it back in the nas but everthing stopt working again. I have now orderd a new HD and hope that it works with that one.
