FreeNAS and Amazon S3 Glacier?

It seems that FreeNAS supports backing up to Amazon S3, but does that also mean I can back up to Glacier? I tried just now and it can't find the bucket (Glacier calls them "vaults," making me think it's a different beast).

Is it possible to create a plug-in to do this, if it's not already supported?

I know this is an old post, but for posterity, I found an answer for this: https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/aws-glacier-on-freenas.73890/post-516874

There Corey says:
Glacier is a storage tier/class in AWS S3. With that said, you can manage which storage class AWS uses to store your data using a transition rule in a bucket lifecycle policy. Using the lifecycle policy allows you to specify which objects to send to Glacier based on prefix (name), tags, age, etc... You can also expire/delete objects using the policy.
