I knew it was something on my part.

When creating the VM I put '4' in instead of 4,000 - mistook Mb for Gb.

Now working. Thanks for the folks who attempted to answer anyway. Hopefully archived for future goofups.
This could be a great example of why providing more information is really helpful. Even screen shots would have prevented this. Best to walk people through ever step you do along the way.

I'm getting the same thing. So after setting VNC to not wait on boot I get "Boot failed" for all devices so I can't boot the cd.

I tried making a new boot cd device via the menu and it still seems to fail and it has no logs so I have no idea why it doesn't work. I have tried linux ISOs and have had no problem.

Any ideas?
