Hello All,
I have FreeNAS 11, I have created a VM and when I attach a CD drive with a ISO doesn't matter if Windows or Ubuntu and I try to vnc to it, I get blurred lines all the time.
Second I always have manually to go to boot manager to select the CD to run.
Also it never detects my raw disk that I have added to the VM and when I selected in the boot manager, never boots and it goes back to the shell.

Thank you,

Make sure your VNC resolution is set to 1024x768. This, AFAIK, is a temporary issue.

I think it more a ratio issue, on 11.1-U1 I can successfully boot with the following resolutions via TightVNC:

600x480
800x600
1024x768
1280x1024
1920x1080

All of these are 4:3 ratio, however, 1280x960 and 1400x1050 which are 16:9 ratio are blurred. Not sure if there is a bug raised for this or if there will be a fix.
