FreeNAS-11.3-U4.1 Disks temperature N/A

Hello, since version ~11.3-U2.1 disk temperature in reports became unavailible for two harddrives (WD RED 4TB), but its still availible for system hdd (super old Hitachi 80gb)!
My configuration:
Gigabyte h2730-d2h
Intel Celeron N3160
8gb ram
system hdd Hitachi 80GB thru USB 2.0\SATA adapter
storage pool mirror WD RED 4TB thru SATA 3.0
And the second question, is it possible to control fan speed in FreeNAS?

Do you understand why? It's because the drive cannot be polled for it's temperature without waking the drive up so if you tell FreeNAS to sleep the drive, then FreeNAS will not wake the drive up just for a temperature reading.
