I've had this happen the last two mornings. I think it started after enabling SMART.
I'm using version 8.02 b8288, 4GB RAM, raidz2, everythings been running fine until now, although I have noticed the AHCI timeouts here and there. Sorry the screenshot is blurry, couldn't tell until after I uploaded it.
