Hello,
I would like to increase the pool size without losing data. After adding a new disk in an external RAID controller, FreeNas sees that the disk is larger, but does not allow the existing pool to be expanded. So far I have tried to export zpool and autoexpand but there is no "space available".

Server:
Dell r730xd
with perc h730 mini
4x 12TB configured in RAID5

OS Version:
FreeNAS-11.2-U7
(Build Date: Nov 19, 2019 0: 4)

Thank you for your help

You aren't doing it right and your data is not safe in your current configuration.

Running ZFS with a RAID controller is clearly not how it's designed to work and is asking for data loss as the ZFS system counts on seeing disks directly in order to ensure redundancy and good disk health.

You should read this thread: https://www.ixsystems.com/community/threads/resize-zfs.80454/

And pay attention to the last post if you decide to continue on your current path to disaster.
