Every week I recive email notification:

skipping scrubbing of pool 'RAID-Z2':
last scrubbing is 11 days ago, threshold is set to 35 days

Can you write me what is the cause of this notification?

Yes, your last scrub was 11 days ago and you set the threshold to 35 days.
