Some tasks require more Disk IO from your freenas, the more vdevs you have the more IO you get from your pool. each vdev will operate at the speed of the slowest disk.
This guide can be very helpful along with some stuff others from the forum have published.

My Case have maximal space for 11 Disk . Thats the problem.

You can do 10 disks in a 2 * 5 Disks RAIDZ2.
This will leave you 1 SATA port free for disk replacement in the future.
