Does onlyoffice have to be installed on the Ubuntu virtual machine?

Can onlyoffice be directly installed in the official nextcloud jails?
I've changed php.ini,However, when viewing large-scale pictures, you still need to refresh to view them.
Open for the first time will display error. Intranet environment. Not network speed problem.
Which setting of php.ini did I miss?

No. At least, not that I've seen or heard of. AFAIK, it hasn't been made to run under FreeBSD, so it would need to go on some matter of Linux box.

So the other way is to install Truenas Scale ?? does it have better performance with Nextcloud + Onlyoffice? or is better to have Truenas core, Nextcloud + Ubuntu + Docker + OnlyOffice?

That's one way to do it. But in the year and a half since I posted what you're quoting, things have changed, and OnlyOffice can now be built on FreeBSD:

It depends on whether the missing features are ones you depend on. (...) The missing "feature" people were angry about was not saving documents being edited. It's quite important :-) feature... I've been doing a few tests on my office files and changes are saved; maybe I'm lucky or standalone...

This means it should be possible to get it all working in a jail. I have it on my to-do list to test it, but it may be a while.
