I had to shut down the NAS today to do some electrical work in the house. Once completed and the NAS rebooted, couchpotato would not start. I tried several times but it wouldnt start. In the past, when i've had these issues, i copy the settings.conf file, uninstall couchpotato plugin, reinstall and copy the settings.conf file back.
This time, the directory where i normally copy the file does not exist.

Normally, there is a /var/db/couchpotato directory but, after re-installing the plug in, it is not there. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but, no luck.

Any Ideas?

Does it work if you manually create that directory and copy your settings files to it?

I got it working. I created a new jail and then installed the plugin again and this time it had all the right directories.
