click for more in sigs?

I see that in some people's signatures there is a tag eg: Recommended Reading which has a 'click for more function'.
When clicked this expands to show additional content (in the example case, a list of threads)

I'd like to do this for my computer set-up, as it would tidy up my posts. I'd also like to put a list of the threads/ resources which as a noob I have found of particular help!.

If anyone can tell me how to accomplish this I'd be grateful. :)

Use "SPOILER" Tags:

*[*SPOILER="Title of Button"*]*
Whatever you want here
*[*/SPOILER*]*

Just remove all the asterisks I put in there...
