Cant connect to web gui after updating

hi i recently got a HPE proliant dl185 g5 storage server ( base specs) and was using FreeNAS for a bit, i then tried to update it from version 9 to 11 and i cant seem to connect to the web gui anymore, i get the first image on my pc when trying to connect and the second is whats displayed on my server, would i need to create a new boot usb or is this fixable? thanks guys

From which version did you upgrade and to which version did you upgrade, there is 9.3 and 9.10. And you upgraded to 11.2?

It is not recommended to skip in between versions when upgrading as there are some configuration migration scripts running when updating to the next version, which will be skipped when upgrading in one big step. And this might cause errors in your configuration.

Reboot, select your old version in the grub boot menu. Remove the 11.2 version (go to system->boot in the GUI).
Use the upgrade path 9.10->11.1->11.2
