Can't connect to FreeNas using Win 8.1

Hi everyone I am having a problem connecting to my FreeNas computer that I have setup just as a backup and media center. I just built a gaming computer that can't seem to connect to my FreeNas but I can access it using my Win 7 machine and other computers with no problem. Every time I try to connect through the browser I just get the general error that the "web page cannot be displayed" (IE,Chrome and Firefox) I also tried disabling my firewall and changed my workgroup, is there something else that I am not doing right?

Also I searched the forum for problems and couldn't find others with the same exact issue as me.

FreeNas 9.2

MotherBoad = N/A
Ram = 4GB
Processor = Intel Core 2 Duo
HDD = 4TB
Graphics = ATI Radeon 6450

Which version of FreeNAS?

The OP says it's FreeNAS 9.2, but it's not clear if that's straight 9.2, or 9.2.something. OP, if it's the former, that's pretty old, and in any case it's unlikely your system is suitable for FreeNAS. But be that as it may... Can you ping the system from your Win8.1 box?
