Cannot install Plex plugin due to DHCP error

Hello, I know that this is quite a common error when installing Plex, I have tried different solutions that I have found on other threads but to no avail.

When installing Plex on DHCP this is the error message I get:

I can install Plex on NAT but I cannot access the admin page for it:

Here is my network summary and global configuration info:

I tried setting up a static Ip as I found in this thread https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/truenas-12-0-u6-and-plex-plugin.96560/ but I got this error:

Hi,
I also have this issue when attempting to install Plex. Have you run Plex succesfully on this system before? My plugin had been running without issue for over a year but suddenly stopped working (i.e. I could not access it) sometime last week.
I wonder if there was an update that broke it or an inadvertent change in Network configuration.
