Plex Plugin Install Error?

I was having issues updating plex on a freenas 11.3 system, so I deleted the jail/plugin completely and tried to reinstall the plugin, but now I get the below error and it won't finish installing. Anyone know how to fix?

Error: Plex had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: pkg error: - pkg-static: http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/FreeBSD:11:amd64/latest/meta.txz: Not Found pkg-static: http://pkg.FreeBSD.org/FreeBSD:11:amd64/latest/packagesite.txz: Not Found Please check your network Partial plugin destroyed

Support for FreeBSD 11 ended some time ago - see https://forums.freebsd.org/threads/freebsd-11-package-archive.85229/ for info.

You'll need to upgrade to TrueNAS 12 at least.

I don't use plugins so I cannot comment on their availability or function, though I have seen some complaints here in the forum about their updating and functioning, often related to their updating by the plug-in package maintainers. The use of install in regular jails is typically recommended for ease of updating and maintenance.

Update to latest version of TrueNAS Core and THEN create a jail and do a manual install of Plex .. don't use plugins

If it is not advisable to use plugins, can someone point me to a better method to install Plex on Freenas 13? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
