Adguard home plugin

So, I have installed the Adguard home pluging. The plugin works and loads the Web UI just fine. But when I connect a device to the Adguard DNS, my internet stops working through Adguard and cuts out completely.
In order for me to get access to the internet again, I have to disconnect from the Adguard DNS. Anyone else having this issue? And whats the solution to fix it?

Go to Settings > DNS Settings in AdGuard web ui and click 'Test upstreams'. If you get an error verify that Upstream and Bootstrap DNS servers are set correctly (they are by default so they should be ok if you did not change them) and if they are verify that the Plugin has internet access.
