Host setup:
Z800 workstation, bone-stock, fresh install of FreeNAS 11.3-U1 that has since been upgraded to 11.3-U2.

OS setup:
Manjaro KDE v.19.0.2 ISO, downloaded from https://manjaro.org/download/ , SHA verified twice. This ISO will install fine to my physical Optiplex and HP-Z workstations.

VM/bhyve setup:
4 cores, 4 GiB RAM, VirtIO disk (20 GB) (have also tried AHCI), VirtIO NIC

Symptoms:
Attempting to boot any Manjaro VM, or boot the ISO installer, freezes hangs indefinitely immediately after the step `Started TLP system startup/shutdown`
I've tried searching the error message + bhyve, but haven't gotten very far.

Anyone seen this before? Any directions you'd take to troubleshoot this?

Getting the same issue as well on Manjaro-xfce and Manjaro-Gnome minimal - would rather use Manjaro for docker containers rather than ubuntu.

Thanks for confirming. Have tried multiple versions of FreeNAS, and have since given up and moved to ESXi (which just works, with everything, all the time).

Best of luck in your endeavours. Keep us posted if you're ever able to get it working. :)
