I created 28T zfs with 22 2TB drives and added the 2 60G ssd along by accident.
can I just offline these and let it rebuild or do I have to rebuild the whole volume?

If the SSD's were striped into the same pool as the rest of the drives, you'll need to rebuild the entire volume.

Run a "zpool status" from the shell and post the results here in code tags, to preserve formatting.

You would have to start from scratch. The alternate is to replace both SSDs with something 60G or larger and leave it, but that doesn't look like the kind of pool you want to do that. :)

Right now you are in real trouble with one of the two mirrors missing. Put something back in there.
