ZFS reading with a mac?

Hi,
Suppose we disconnect a drive from a NAS and connect it to a mac through USB for example (with an adaptateur sata/usb).
This drive being ZFS formatted is not normally readable with a mac. Would it be possible to read it (and to copy any files) with a specific software? I have heard of maczfs???
Any idea?

As long as you can install a ZFS in mac with the same version as freenas (v15) or higher...
