Zerotier not working FreeNAS-11.2-U2

i previously have Zerotier working on my freenas box. i have since moved and i changed some global network settings in my box. it previously was at 10.0.0.28, i set it to the new Gateway of 192.168.1.1 and now the service does not appear on Zerotier's network to authorize it. i have deleted the old network and started a new one, i stopped zerotier's service on the freenas, restarted it and joined the new network with no issues on FreeNAS's end. when i go to the Zerotier website, i cannot see any new networks.

kinda at a loss now. not sure what else to do. any help would be AMAZING!
