Where to buy IBM ServeRAID M1015 in Canada

I'm looking to purchase the IBM ServeRAID M1015 to add some capacity to my NAS. Does anybody have experience purchasing from Ebay ? I see there are a few for sale from Taiwan or China. Are these sellers reputable ? What other options are there to get these at a reasonable price ?

Try ebay.com (not .ca) if you're having troubles. Write back if still no go.

Note it comes with the short bracket. For an extra 10 bucks they can add the full height bracket. That part I was not pleased with. :)

I got it for 94 USD.
