Web UI won't load on 11.3

I've performed a fresh install of 11.3 and imported my configuration file backup. FreeNAS shares are accessible through SMB and the software is performing its scheduled cloud syncs, however the Web UI does not load to a login page or dashboard.

This is all I see when I attempt to hit the IP address. HTTPS is enabled with HTTP->HTTPS redirection turned on. How can I troubleshoot this one?

Try "hard clearning" your browser cache. (Or use a different web browser than you have used before - If you use Chrome, try Firefox; etc.)

Looks like it's my browser!

I can't believe I didn't try another browser before posting. Normally I'm pretty good at this type of basic troubleshooting.
