Web ui restart?

Hi, i have some trouble to connect to the web ui.

When i try to connect to the web ui, i get this error message:

This happend now the fourth or fivth time.

The NAS is running and connected. I have full access to the data via samba.



How can i restart the web ui, wihout restarting the whole NAS?

I have no Monitor connected to the NAS, but i can connect over SSH (im using PUTTY).

i tried some solutions from the forum → service django restart → service ngingx restart ...
but then i get the error "-bash: service: command not found".

Can you identify software version... and if this problem has been there since installation?

systemctl restart middlewared is what you're looking for on SCALE.

i discovered the problem one or two weeks after installation the first time.
This time the NAS had an uptime of 12 days when I tried to log in, but couldnt.
But I don't look everyday on the Dashboard.

systemctl restart middlewared is what you're looking for on SCALE.
