VMware VAAI Support

I'm curious if support for VMware VAAI is planning to be added at some point, hopefully sooner than later. I checked the roadmap and bug reports and did not see anything related to VAAI so I am curious if this is being considered or if any work has already been done. I think it's a crucial feature to have if FreeNAS wants to have a place in the business market.

I think what you're asking for pertains more to FreeBSD rather than FreeNAS.
As such, it is unlikely that it'll be implemented. I could be wrong though.

I don't believe it's an OS thing, but if it is, the support is already there because QuadStor has support for VAAI on both Linux and FreeBSD.
