Virtualbox bridged adaptater change name

Hello,

I have created a virtual machine in a virtualbox jail (and I have created a bridged adaptater...)and everything is fine.
Yesterday, I have installed the last freenas Update (production) and none of my virtual machines started automatically. I have opened phpvirtualbox and I have seen that my bridged adaptater had a new name (before it was epai2b and now it is epair3b). I already had the problem before but I can't understand why the adaptater changes name. Is there a way to avoid that?

Hello,

I know the cause, but I don't have a solution.
The numbers seem to be assigned when the jail start. The jails will receive the number (with b, then c,...)
If my jail VBox is the first to start it is the epair2b.
If it is the last it will be epair2e.
Generally, it is epair2b but sometimes (rarely) not.

I think you're right. I had this problem before but haven't seen it for a long time, and I used to run multiple jails but now VirtualBox is my only jail.
