Hi,

using FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201503200528
I have two issues:

1) When I restart the server, I cannot enable/disable virtualbox guest autostart.
2) When I restart the server, virtualbox guest won't boot, because of wrong network adaptor.
I have basically two adapters to choose from:
- epair0b and
- epair5b

The last time for example it didn't go up, 0b was chosen right after such host reboot. Then I chose 5b and the guest went up fine.
A couple of minutes later, I went back into the guests settings and boom... no more 0b to choose.

What's going on here?

Initially I had been using lacp trunked and vlan tagged network interfaces with Intel PCIe cards.
I deleted this config, 'cause there were major issues with using jails/plugins.

I'm having a related issue here if anyone out there can help.
I have 9 jails running on my freenas box. One of them is vbox.

There are 9 epairs (0-8) as expected. epair0a,0b, epair1a,1b ...etc My issue is that EVERY time my box reboots the epair number for vbox changes. Vbox is the only jail where this matters.

epair is assigned to virtual NIC in virtualbox. When the epair changes, you have to reconfigure the VM EVERY Time.

Why is the epair changing? You would think that the jail ordering would be the same every time freenas system boots...?

Thoughts?
