Use NAS for Video Editing?

I was curious if I could use this to edit video? Would an ethernet connection be fast enough? Is there anyway to mount it via usb3 on an imac? Any advice? I know post houses I've worked at have networked drives, could I use this for something like that? Sorry if dumb, total noob!
