Upgrading from 9.2.1.6 to 9.2.1.7

I have just upgraded to 9.2.1.7 but now I have two problems:
I cannot access my freenas via GUI or get my data from network shares

On the console I get the msg. matchname failed on 192.168.1.14

The box will reboot nicely and come up with everything ok but no connection......

Can you configure network from command line? For reference see here: http://doc.freenas.org/index.php/Initial_Setup

Yes, I can work on the command line. I have tried to reset the interface, but it doesn't change anything?

Follow steps in example 2.5a to manually configure your NIC. You may want to use ping to find an address not currently in use.

Are there any interesting errors in /var/log/messages?

Just come down from the attic. I solved the problem but I'm not really sure how. I resat the nic interface, and rebooted, then there was no interface.
I then configured the interface, and restartet the box. No fix.
I did this a couple of times and suddenly I had an ip adress. 192.168.1.14 ?????????

Now I can use the GUI.
