Upgraded from 9.1 to 9.2.1.2 now hangs

As the title states, I was running freenas 9.1 on a Dell 1950 server booting from a flash drive.

I did the GUI update, the server rebooted, got up to where it says "Battery Charge Complete" now its just hanging there.

I can ping the server with the same IP I was using prior to the upgrade, but I cannot access the web/GUI interface via IP.

Anyone know what might be causing the hangup?

I have a bunch of data on the drives; I hope this isn't going to cause me to lose my data.

Can you access via ssh? Dp you have a monitor hooked up? How much ram do you have?

I have two Xeon 5160 3.0GHz cpu's and 16GB Ram.

I have not yet tried accessing via ssh, but will try in a few.
