I tried upgrade my current FreeNAS-8.0.1-RELEASE-i386 (8081) to 8.0.4 with .iso image
I burn cd from image FreeNAS-8.0.4-RELEASE-p2-x86.iso
I backed up my conf file using System -> Settings -> General -> Save Config
Followed procedure from that website http://doc.freenas.org/index.php/Upgrading_FreeNAS#From_the_ISO
After I confirm YES on screen Figure 2.5a: Upgrading a FreeNAS Installation
I got message that I have two option 1. and 2. and all my partition will be erased... so I stop it.
I also tried use GUI option with FreeNAS-8.0.4-RELEASE-p2-x86.img.xz file but after system reboot I sa that I still on FreeNAS-8.0.1-RELEASE-i386 (8081)
FreeBSD 8.2-RELEASE-p3
Any ideas hot to safety did upgrade.
