Upgrade from 11 U3 to 11 U4 broke Fibre Channel

Initial build was on 11.0. Upgraded through U3 without problems. Once I upgraded to U4, the Fibre Channel configuration no longer worked. Tried to revert back to U3 via boot menu, but that didn't work, either. I am right now in the process of installing U3 via iso preserving the database. I will post updates, here.

I can confirm that the rollback to U3 has fixed the issue.

I've just updated my test box to U4 and FC is working exactly as it was before on the nightly with the isp driver fix in that it was running before so it's possible a mis configuration or something has broken in the update.
