Upgrade 8.3.0->9.1.1 failed

Been running 8.3.0 since last november on a HP Microserver N40L with 8GB ram, and 4x3TB drives,working quite well. Its installed on a USB stick... I thought I'd update it to the latest... so I went to the GUI install via the menu, fed it the ISO file and sha5 checksum, and blam, I got this message in a popup....

Maybe use the FreeNAS-9.1.1-RELEASE-x64.GUI_Upgrade.txz file rather than the ISO? (click on the GUI Upgrade icon at the bottom of the Download page)

Or if you want to use the ISO, burn it and boot from it to do the upgrade....

ohgeez. (headslap!) trying now... (can't use ISO, don't have a CD/DVD reader on my Microserver)

ok, that is going farther. activity slider is doing its thing at step 2 of 2.
