Unexpected Shutdown Upon Login

I have a newly configured TrueNAS Core box that keeps shutting down when I login to the GUI from a specific computer (could be a coincidence?). It appears to be a graceful shutdown, as I can find it in the logs. Any ideas of why this could be happening and what a possible fix would be? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here is some info about the build:

Fresh install of TrueNAS-13.0-U4
Running bare metal on Dell PowerEdge T620
2x Intel Xeon E5-2640 (6 cores, 12 threads each)
384 GB RAM
Boot drive is a Samsung 860 SATA SSD
Storage pool is 8X SEAGATE ST320004CLAR2000 2TB SAS drives
Storage controller is a Dell PERC H710P flashed to IT mode using this guide: https://fohdeesha.com/docs/perc.html

Here is what I'm seeing in the logs (I replaced the real hostname and domain with generic values):

For those wondering, the fix was easy. Just used a private window and it did not happen. I would imagine that if I just clear my browser cache, it will be totally fixed.
