Unable to "Save Debug" since 11.3, anyone else?

Anyone else get an error message when invoking System > Advanced > Save Debug ?

It worked for me in 11.2-U7, but in 11.3 and 11.3-U1 it no longer works. Not sure the update is related, but it's a suspect. It's not like I use the command daily, so I'm not certain when/what broke it.

It gets to 22% "dump hardware configuration", then says "failed to generate debug file". My hardware is from iX (except for 2 disks), so presumably nothing too weird.

Is there a command line way to do 'generate a debug'? Hoping such a thing might output more info...

It works properly from the web UI on my FreeNAS-11.3-U1 system.

A reboot worked for me.

I have two 11.3-U1 installs where it's working fine.

Works for me. I upgraded from 11.2-U7 -> 11.3 -> 11.3-U1. I did have a couple of reboots due to some networking issues.

The command line freenas-debug seems to work. That is, it outputs tonnes of stuff. There could be something in there tripping up the GUI I guess.

I've noticed this happens to me from time to time, and again today on 11.3-U2. It does not appear to be browser related - tried multiple browsers and got the same result. CLI version works. Was there ever a fix found or a ticket filed for this?

Supposedly fixed in 11.3-U2. If you're still seeing this, better file a new ticket.
