Trying to Setup FreeNAS on old Dell Citrix Server

Hi

I had a Dell PowerEdge 2950 with 2 drive in Raid 0 and 4 drives in a Raid 5. I was wondering If I should redo the Raid of the Raid 5 to something else? What I am tryign to do is turnthis machine into a NAS so I can move osme Citrix machines off the local storage and change the formatting from LVM to EXt3. But I need a medium (IE NAS) and I wanted to try this out. When I tried to install it was giving me issues I was thinking I could just go over the Citrix Server. I am rebuilding the Raid 0 and the Raid 5 as we speak. I was wondering what would be the best way to go?

Honestly, there's so many caveats and such for the 2950 I'd recommend you search the forums for '2950' and read all the threads. Make sure all your bases are covered as I have no doubt you will have more questions as you go.
