TrueNAS external hard drive to windows?

Hello,

here is my problem: I have an external hard drive on truenas and i want to put the external hard drive from my nas to my Windows PC. But when i plug it in, i cant read/write to the hard drive. I dont see a signal, that windows can detect the hard drive. In the disk managment i can see it but i can only delete it-

please help, i didnt found a solution

In the picture you can see my drive 2 (from nas). And I cant see the format

How was the drive formatted?

How would Windows be able to read a ZFS drive? This is "works as expected".

Windows doesn't support the ZFS file system.
