Truenas Core not running headless anymore after upgrade 13.0-U5

Hi,
I've just upgraded from Truenas 12.1 to 13.0-U5, after which the system is not able to run Headless anymore. However when I have the GPU installed, it works flawlessly. After tinkering a lot with the bios, I rolled back the version to the old 12.1 install, which was able to boot headless without problems. Upgrade again with a fresh upgrade file, make sure that the checksums are lining up, same problem again. What's really curious is that I get a post beep, it starts booting for around 10 minutes, and then the CPU error light on the mainboard lights up. Which confuses me even more, because I would think that the GPU/VGA one would light up if anything.
Does anyone have any clue as to what could be going on, or which logs would make sense to provide? Sadly I need the GPU for another PC, so I cannot leave it in with a hdmi dummy.

Here's my hardware specs:
- Mainboard: MSI B450-A Pro
- CPU: Ryzen 3500x (no onboard graphics)
- GPU (when installed): GTX 1060
- RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB, running at 2333Mhz
- Intel NIC
- 4x WD Elements Red HDD 4TB
- 1x SanDisk SSD
- 1x WD Blue NVME SSD

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I had the same problem going from 12 -> 13 on an old Mac Pro running TrueNAS. Never did find a solution.
