SUPERMICRO MBD-X10SLL-F-O
Intel Core i3-4170
8 gb ECC

So I'm attempting to install FreeNAS and seem to be doing something wrong.
Once it boots up I get the normal supermicro post and then a f11 to invoke boot menu and f12 to boot from pxe/lan
Once I do either one I can get to the FreeNAS installer on my 8gb sandisk cruzer (if the menus stay open long enough) and
then start the FreeNAS installation process. It looks like its starting but then it just goes to a black screen and does nothing for a long time...
Sorry if I dont' have enough info but not sure what else to do. Tried new ports and nothing seems to work.

Thanks!

Turns out I'm just a fool. The old vga monitor that's been sitting in my garage crapped out and would only display on boot up and then go black.
Used a different monitor and it works just fine!
