Transmission watch directory is not working

I've setup INCOMPLETE and WATCH directory via the freenas/plug-in screen and I am unable to get WATCH directory to work.

Initally I thought it was poor config but INCOMPLETE is working. I've read there were permission issue but I ran chmod 777 on the torrent file and still won't autoload.

FreeNas: 9.10.2-U3
Transmission 2.92

Plug-in > Transmission
Watch Directory: /media/working/TORRENT
Incomplete Download Directory: /media/working/INCOMPLETE



suggestions?

EDIT: I had to restart service. WORKS NOW.
