I have a similar issue to many which i would pull my hair out with (if i had any) :)
All my torrents state Unable to save resume state : permission denied. I've even removed the jail and re-installed (using the same mount points) and still the same (although I wasn't able to remove the jail dirs, said device busy even after reboot).
Have tried chmod 777 and also setting the unmask to 0 in settings.json.
Can anyone assist with permissions on Transmission plugin and how to troubleshoot?? (i am a total novice with this Unix stuff, if you can't guess!!)
Appreciate any help with this..
Update: if i try and delete anything in the resume directory from the CIFS share, i get a message stating 'need to have freenas\root permission to do this' - so i've messed up permissions on the mount, what can i do to set them back???
