I cannot find inte i3 gen 6 or Gen 7 in the market , can i use the Gen 9 or G10 ?

Is this Intel Core i3 9100F - 3.6 GHz working with -SUPERMICRO X11SSM-F ?

No, you need i3 Gen6/7 or Xeon E3 v5/6 with this C236 board.
i3 Gen 8/9 or Xeon E-2000 go with C242/C246 (X11SCx); this is actually a different socket (LGA 1151-2).
i3 Gen 10/11 no longer support ECC; the ECC-enabled counterparts are Xeon W-1200/1300 for W480/W580 chipsets (workstation) and Xeon E-2300 for C252/C256 chipsets (servers, Gen 11) and this is yet another socket (LGA1200).
