Snapshot schedule (confused)

I wanted to setup a snapshot schedule for every other day and kept for a week but I am not sure I have this right:

Is the schedule above set correctly? If so, will it take a total of 2 snapshots per day and keep each one for a week? Should I set it to everyday if using the 1 day interval?

I also have these snapshots replicated to an external USB drive and I have selected "Delete stale snapshots on remote system:". What exactly will this do in my case? Will it delete old snapshots in FreeNAS?
