Snapshot Question

Hello

I am new to freenas, using FN 9.10.2 U6. I setup 30t zvol (total 32t storge pool) and configured iSCSI for our server. When I created a snapshot, I found that it would generate a snapshot file that is equivalent to the size of the data file. But in the zvol which checked sparse volume option, the snapshot file only takes a little bit of space.Why is this so and what is the difference between these two snapshot?

The screenshots from another test environment. About 3T source data file, a snapshot file take also take 3T disk space.
