I am trying to replace a failed drive in my pool. I've replaced it with the same model of drive and get the following error:
[ESERVICESTARTFAILURE] The smartd service failed to start
I have stopped and did onestart on the smartd service from shell and that had no error. I'm not sure why I can't replace the drive. Can anyone offer some help?
