slow 10-11 mbit/s transfer speed from pc to vm

Hello, i recently installed truenas scale + setup a smb share. and my problem is transfering files are slow while iperf3 shows i have GB speed but the transfer it self is slow.
my env is virtualized inside proxmox cpu is set to host, ram is 12GB tried other network adapters virtio(recommended by some people) shows up as 100mb, tho idk why, if it was a badcable i perf would show 100mb or less. i would realy thank some tips-solutions to this problem.
